Lewis Wagner Welcomes Five New Attorneys

Lewis Wagner is thrilled to welcome five new attorneys to our team. These additions underscore the firm’s ongoing commitment to assembling robust, multifaceted teams that give a voice to the next generation of legal minds. Each new attorney brings a fresh, innovative perspective, helping us grow comprehensive teams capable of meeting clients’ evolving needs.

Ben Katchur is an associate focusing his practice on construction, premises liability, and product liability. Ben prides himself on taking a collaborative approach with each client, with a focus on effective communication. He is a graduate of DePaul University College of Law where he obtained his J.D. and Certificate in Business Law. Prior to law school, he graduated from Hanover College, where he was also a four-year collegiate baseball player.

A former prosecutor in Marion County, Tom Palmer joins Lewis Wagner as an associate, representing clients in premises liability, product liability, and auto and TNC liability actions. In his legal practice, Tom remains committed to deepening his understanding of the law’s intricacies in order to better understand its nuance and impact on clients. He earned his J.D. from Indiana University Maurer School of Law and his undergraduate degree from Central Michigan University.

After serving Lewis Wagner as a law clerk in the summer of 2022, Madeline Richmond now joins the firm’s transportation practice group. She takes great pride in her ability to communicate with clients and provide a sense of comfort throughout the litigation process. A born and raised Hoosier, Madeline graduated magna cum laude from the Indiana University Maurer School of Law in 2023.

Eric Sears is a recent graduate of Indiana University Robert H. McKinney School of Law and joins the firm’s business litigation practice group as an associate, Eric is committed to collaborative and practical advocacy, as well as open and transparent communication in order to achieve positive outcomes. Prior to joining the firm, he served as a clerk for Judge Heather Welch in the Indiana Commercial Court.

Chase Wilson is an associate in Lewis Wagner’s insurance and bad faith litigation practice group. He dedicates his practice to establishing and fostering lasting and meaningful relationships with clients. Chase earned a degree in political science from Marian University and later earned his J.D. from Indiana University Robert H. McKinney School of Law.
