Benjamin A. Katchur
"Service is not a single transaction, and effective representation does not end with a verdict. My approach with every client is to closely communicate and collaborate in order to understand their needs and reach an effective resolution."

From initial investigation to trying matters to the verdict, Ben thoroughly enjoys all aspects of litigation. As an associate in Lewis Wagner’s tort defense practice groups, Ben represents clients in matters relating to premises liability, product liability, and construction defect. Ben also has extensive experience in investigating and prosecuting fire, water, and construction defect losses.

Ben is a graduate of DePaul University College of Law where he obtained his Juris Doctor and Certificate in Business Law. Prior to law school, Ben graduated from Hanover College and was a four-year collegiate baseball player and member of the fraternity Phi Gamma Delta.

Beyond the office, Ben enjoys cycling, spending time outdoors with his fiancée and Labrador retriever, and cheering on the Penn State Nittany Lions.
