Wade provides clients with a diligent, dedicated partner in navigating litigation matters across diverse areas of law, including governmental defense, insurance defense and regulation, healthcare, medical malpractice, and regulatory compliance disputes. He is a partner in Lewis Wagner’s business services group and often utilizes his litigation and risk management skills to serve clients as a registered civil mediator.

Wade is a graduate of the Indiana University McKinney School of Law and the Kelley School of Business. He joined the firm in 2018 after serving as Deputy General Counsel and Director of the Indiana Patients Compensation Fund at the Indiana Department of Insurance, managing 1,300+ claims in excess of $850 million in compensation.

Wade has been named among the Best Lawyers in America for the past two years and devotes his time to serving the community. His is a member of the Xavier University Parent Leadership Counsel and Boone County REMC Advisory Committee, as well as a frequent speaker at Riley Children’s Hospital fundraising events, after his daughter had lifesaving surgery at Riley.

In his spare time, Wade enjoys participating in league sports, tennis, running and biking, ever since competing and being a coach in the Little 500 bike race at Indiana University.
