Associate
I believe effective representation starts with honest communication and trust. I pride myself on staying organized, anticipating issues before they arise, and keeping clients informed so there are no surprises. My goal is to serve as a trusted teammate who delivers practical solutions, strong advocacy, and the transparency clients need to make informed decisions.

"Effective representation requires more than legal knowledge. It requires trust, transparency, and communication. I strive to make every client feel informed, prepared, and supported throughout the litigation process.”

As an associate at Lewis Wagner & Trimble, Mary represents clients in matters involving insurance coverage and bad faith, premises liability, product liability, and construction defects. Mary has a passion for litigation and enjoys the challenge of developing case strategy, crafting persuasive arguments, and advocating for clients.

Mary graduated cum laude from Indiana University Indianapolis in 2022, earning a bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice. She then attended the Indiana University Robert H. McKinney School of Law, where she earned her Juris Doctor in 2026. During law school, Mary served as Chief Justice of the Moot Court Society, where she discovered a passion for oral advocacy and appellate practice.

Outside the office, Mary enjoys spending time with her husband, Kaden, their English Bulldog, Gus, and their two nieces. She also enjoys reading and solving puzzles.
