Lesley A. Pfleging
“No two cases are alike – I pride myself on determining innovative solutions that address the unique complexities and objectives of each claim to ensure a quality litigation result.”

Lesley is a partner within Lewis Wagner’s transportation practice group where she focuses primarily on representing commercial carriers and drivers in catastrophic injury and wrongful death cases in state and federal court, as well as 24/7 state-wide emergency accident investigation. She strives to be practical when communicating with clients, the judiciary, and opposing counsel—and prides herself on understanding when a claim needs to be moved early in the process so as not to unduly lengthen the process. She can delve into the weeds on a complex claim or break down complex claims into actionable solutions in accordance with the client's risk management objectives.

Lesley remains actively involved in speaking on transportation related matters across the country and an active participant in ALFA International's Transportation Practice Group. She is Martindale-Hubbell AV rated and has been recognized by Indiana Super Lawyers.

Outside of her practice, Lesley enjoys hiking, skiing, traveling, and watching Disney movies with her daughters.
