Gregory S. Lauer

Of Counsel
My numerous personal and professional pursuits, including experience as an educator at both the undergraduate and graduate levels, have provided me invaluable hands-on experience that I utilize to better understand my clients.
Gregory S. Lauer
"Understanding my clients on a personal level and meticulously tailoring my approach to suit the unique needs and distinct personalities of each individual is at the foundation of my practice."

Greg Lauer joined Lewis Wagner in 2021, but his legal career spans across an impressive range of fields as a solo practitioner, specializing in real estate and business transactions. This extensive solo practice provided him with vast experience across multiple practice issues to help meet client needs.

Greg’s professional experience extends beyond traditional practice. He is active in a diverse set of both professional and personal pursuits, having served or currently serving as corporate counsel for multiple enterprises, such as a development company, residential landlord group, quick service food franchisee, and a global business services company.

In addition to his practice, Greg has contributed as an adjunct professor at the Indiana University Kelley School of Business management department for more than a decade. He has helped enhance the legal and business acumen of the students at both the undergraduate and graduate levels.

Outside of the firm, Greg enjoys traveling with his family in their RV, gardening, spending time with his German Shepherd, and following the Chicago Cubs, especially when they’re competitive.
