Eric is regularly asked to analyze and litigate complex insurance coverage questions relating to property and homeowner policies, commercial general liability policies, and automobile policies. His insurance coverage practice has him litigating insurance coverage disputes, such as declaratory judgment actions, bad faith claims, and suspected insurance fraud claims in federal and state courts. He also handles other catastrophic and complex litigation, legal malpractice defense, and general litigation matters involving transportation, construction, and premise liability.
