Abigail is an associate in Lewis Wagner & Trimble’s Transportation Litigation Group, concentrating her practice in transportation litigation and premises liability matters in both state and federal courts throughout Indiana.
In 2023, she earned her J.D. from the Pepperdine Caruso School of Law, where she received a Certificate in Dispute Resolution and contributed to the Dispute Resolution Law Journal. Following law school, Abigail launched her legal career as a civil litigator for the State of Indiana, gaining extensive courtroom experience and participating in a federal jury trial early in her practice.
Beyond her practice, Abigail enjoys traveling, seeking out the best gluten-free dining experiences, and spending quality time with family and friends.
