Lewis Wagner is pleased to announce the election of Dina M. Cox as Managing Partner. This will be Dina’s second term, having previously served in 2018 and 2019, when she became the firm’s first female in the position. In her renewed capacity, she will lead the firm’s Executive Committee, tasked with guiding strategic initiatives and nurturing a workplace environment that promotes integrity, inclusivity, innovation, accountability, and service.

Dina is a distinguished legal strategist and trial attorney, known for her leadership in high-stakes litigation involving multi-million-dollar claims in areas of consumer class actions, product liability, and professional negligence. Her practice is nationally recognized, handling cases from New York to California, while also providing counsel on local professional disciplinary and licensing matters.
Since 2011, Dina has consistently been listed as one of the top Indiana Super Lawyers, including the Top 25 Women, from 2011 through 2024. She has been recognized by The Best Lawyers in America since 2011 and has been named Lawyer of the Year in Mass Tort Litigation/Class Actions – Defendants and Professional Malpractice Law three times.
