Each year, Indiana Lawyer honors attorneys who make meaningful contributions, not only to the legal profession, but to their communities and beyond. The Up and Coming Lawyer award specifically recognizes those early in their legal career who have demonstrated both professional success and community commitment through support of social and civic organizations and programs.
Brandon, a partner in the firm’s civil litigation group, has distinguished himself as a respected leader since joining the firm in 2010. In the last ten years, he has demonstrated the ability to perform at a high level and has developed a robust civil litigation practice defending wrongful death, catastrophic personal injury, premises liability, construction defect, and agricultural claims and cases. Brandon has also developed a niche specialty practice defending restaurants, bars, and hospitality clients in dram shop litigation. Over the course of his career, he gained the trust and confidence of his clients, colleagues, and peers in the legal community.
Aside from his many professional accomplishments, Brandon has devoted his time and talent to a variety of community programs and outside legal organizations, including The Penrod Society, the Indianapolis Bar Association, the Defense Research Institute, and the Indianapolis Association of Wabash Men.
