“Every case is unique and a one-size-fits-all approach will not produce results. I provide tailored solutions and zealous advocacy to fit the business needs of the clients who entrust their litigation to me.”

Brandon joined Lewis Wagner as a law clerk, and since that time, he has established himself as a leader in the firm’s tort defense practice groups. Brandon represents his clients in all manner of premises and product liability actions, leveraging his years of experience to achieve results for his clients. He has developed a specialty in liquor liability litigation and routinely represents establishments in wrongful death and catastrophic injury claims arising under the Indiana Dram Shop Act.

When he isn’t working, Brandon can be found playing with his two young sons, watching Michigan football, or working on his golf game.
