Kyle joined Lewis Wagner in 1997 as a law clerk and has never looked back. He is a partner in Lewis Wagner’s litigation and insurance coverage practice groups, focusing his practice on personal injury and environmental defense and his coverage practice on environmental claims.
He remains actively involved in the legal community as a member of the Defense Research Institute—and greatly enjoys his association with lawyers across the country. He has authored numerous articles in state and national legal publications in areas ranging from substantive tort and evidentiary law to trial tactics. In addition, he frequently delivers lecturers on a variety of legal issues, ranging from environmental coverage issues, pre-trial investigation and discovery, effective presentation of evidence at trial, medical records, trial tactics, and ethics.
Outside of his practice, Kyle is an avid traveler and is particularly fond of the nation’s incredible national parks.
