The National Black Lawyers has recently honored Lewis Wagner’s very own Whitney Rogers with recognition in their annual Top 40 Under 40 in Indiana list. The honorary professional organization celebrates legal excellence by promoting their attorneys as subject-matter experts, developing a strong network of African American attorneys, and facilitating the exchange of timely information enabling members to maintain their status as leaders.
The membership is composed of a specially selected group of attorneys recognized for their superior skills and field qualifications—annually selecting the top 40 attorneys under the age of 40 in each state who have demonstrated professional excellence to their exclusive membership.
Rogers, a member of the Lewis Wagner Litigation group, has been honorably selected to The National Black Lawyers for exemplary leadership and performance in her practice of product liability and professional liability defense. Rogers has experience practicing municipal finance law, and belongs to several professional and community involvement associations, including the National Association of Bond Lawyers, Women in Public Finance, and Second Chance Re-Entry Assistance Program. She served as the Academic Affairs Chair for the Black Law Student Association while attending the Indiana University Robert H. McKinney School of Law.
“We are incredibly proud of Whitney for this achievement, she is a true asset to the entire legal community. As a firm committed to diversity and inclusion, we are honored to see one of our own attorneys recognized by The National Black Lawyers,” said Dina Cox, Lewis Wagner partner.
