Shoultz and Eddy Played Integral Roles at Defense Trial Counsel of Indiana Annual Conference

INDIANAPOLIS (February 2019) – At the Defense Trial Counsel of Indiana (DTCI) 25th Annual Conference in South Bend, Indiana, Rick Shoultz was elected to a three-year term on the Board of Directors, and Kelly Huang Eddy was a main program speaker on the importance of cultural competence and the impact that diversity can have in the context of mediation and settlement negotiations. DTCI’s Annual Conference is a two-day program geared toward the continuing legal education of the defense lawyer on the latest developments and strategies in the legal community.

Rick Shoultz is a partner at Lewis Wagner and provides his clients with skilled and responsive representation in the areas of fire loss, insurance, construction, product liability, and commercial litigation. Rick is also a registered mediator who provides services in all areas of his practice, with a focus on insurance coverage matters. He is a frequent author and lecturer on insurance law and trial tactics, providing insights on analyzing and litigating complex coverage matters.

Kelly Huang Eddy is an associate at Lewis Wagner where her practice is focused on defending construction professionals against wrongful death and personal injury claims arising from alleged construction and design defects. Kelly also defends an array of personal injury claims involving medical devices, product defects, and premises liability. In addition to serving clients, Kelly is a member of Lewis Wagner’s Diversity and Inclusion Committee.
