Lewis Wagner Welcomes Two New Attorneys

Lewis Wagner is pleased to welcome two associate attorneys to the firm.

Ronald C. Gilbert, III will focus his practice on defending professional liability, products liability, class action, and consumer protection matters. Prior to joining Lewis Wagner, Ron practiced at both a boutique litigation firm and a large law firm where he represented Fortune 500 clients in federal courts across the country.  In law school, Ron was an intern at the Indiana Judicial Center, where he fielded research requests for Indiana’s judiciary. He later served as a trademark law clerk at an intellectual property management company and a large law firm, where he assisted with brand protection, trademark prosecution, litigation, and portfolio management.  In his spare time, Ron enjoys mentoring, playing violin, teaching group exercise classes, and spending time with his wife.

A graduate of Notre Dame Law School, Anthony J. Simonton‘s practice will focus on defending employment disputes and general litigation. Prior to joining Lewis Wagner, Anthony gained invaluable experience defending public and private sector clients at a mid-sized law firm in Indianapolis.  While attending Notre Dame, Anthony externed for a large multi-national corporation, was elected president of the Black Law Students Association, and served as a Student Bar Association representative. In his free time, Anthony enjoys traveling with friends, biking on the Monon Trail, and cheering for Notre Dame’s Fighting Irish Football Team at home games.

“We are excited to be expanding our team and are thrilled to have Ron and AJ bring their talent, expertise, and passion for law to Lewis Wagner.” said managing partner Jason Lee.  “We’re confident that their contributions will support our commitment to service and dedication to excellence.”
