Lewis Wagner Welcomes Two New Attorneys

Lewis Wagner is thrilled to welcome two new attorneys to our litigation practice groups.

Michael R. Watkins joins as an associate specializing in labor and employment litigation, with a primary focus on complex tort and professional liability. A graduate of the University of Toledo, Michael holds degrees from both Cleveland State University’s College of Law and Monte Ahuja College of Business. During his time at CSU, he pursued a part-time JD/MBA program while working as a community youth diversion coordinator/enrichment specialist at the East Cleveland Neighborhood Center.

While attending law school, Michael completed a prestigious internship under Ohio Supreme Court Justice Melody Stewart. He also served as editor-in-chief of The Global Business Law Review, vice president of the Environmental Law Society, contributor to The Gavel newspaper, and chair of the alumni outreach and engagement committee for the Black Law Students Association.

Audreyalice K. Warner joins Lewis Wagner as an associate in our litigation group, where she concentrates her practice on Premises, Product, and Auto & TNC Liabilities.  Following her graduation from the Indiana University Robert H. McKinney School of Law in 2016, Audreyalice gained experience at a local law firm before starting a successful business venture with her family.

Before joining the firm in 2024, Audreyalice spent nearly six years at the Federal District Court for the Southern District of Indiana, where she played a pivotal role in analyzing motions and preparing orders for a magistrate judge. Additionally, she served as an Assistant City Prosecutor for the City of Indianapolis.

Active in the legal community, Audreyalice is a dedicated member of the Indianapolis Bar Association and serves on the Women in the Law Division Executive Committee.
