Lewis Wagner, LLP is pleased to announce the appointment of Jason Lee as Managing Partner of the firm’s Executive Committee. The Executive Committee is charged with leading the firm’s strategic initiatives while maintaining a workplace that empowers integrity, inclusiveness, accountability, innovation, and service. Lee succeeds Dina Cox, who served as the firm’s first female Managing Partner.
Lee, who joined the firm in 2008 and has served on the Executive Committee since 2018, has a long history of leadership within the firm and is ideally placed to lead Lewis Wagner into the future. He currently serves as Chair of the firm’s Real Estate practice group, where his team focuses on commercial and residential real estate acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, and financing. Lee also represents individuals and businesses in a variety of business and corporate transactions, succession planning, and the acquisition and sale of business assets. Prior to joining the Executive Committee, Lee was Chair of the firm’s Associate Committee, where he was integral in developing an associate training and mentorship program.
