As an associate in Lewis Wagner’s litigation group, Tom devotes his time to defending individuals and businesses involved in litigation stemming from personal injuries alleged to have resulted from their products or on their premises. Prior to joining Lewis Wagner, he honed these skills representing clients in similar matters, including auto negligence, wrongful death, dram shop, and design defect claims. He also brings courtroom experience gained while serving as a prosecutor in Marion County, Indiana.
Tom earned his J.D. from the Indiana University Maurer School of Law, and his bachelor’s degree from Central Michigan University.
