He represents businesses and individuals in state and federal court in all aspects of real estate and business litigation, including cases involving contracts and easements, landlord-tenant disputes, foreclosures, eminent domain, collection and enforcement of judgments, repossession of vehicles, and commercial and residential real estate transactions. He has built and continues to grow the firm’s real estate litigation practice from the ground up and has become a respected leader within the firm. He was elected partner in 2016 and chairs the firm's real estate litigation group and income partners committee.
Ryan spends as much time as possible with his wife and five children, three sons and two daughters, playing in the yard and coaching sports. He lives with his family in Brownsburg and is active in The Penrod Society, planning and hosting the annual Penrod Arts Fair at Newfields.
