

Libby is an associate attorney with Lewis Wagner & Trimble’s Probate group, focusing on litigation.
She graduated cum laude from Butler University in 2017 and earned her Juris Doctor from the Indiana University Robert H. McKinney School of Law in 2020. During law school, she served as Vice President of the Feminist Law Society and Philanthropy Co-Chair of the Phi Delta Phi legal honor society.
Before joining Lewis Wagner & Trimble, Libby gained experience in the public sector, providing legal services across several practice areas. Her work in public service, coupled with her volunteer efforts with Habitat for Humanity and Kids’ Voice of Indiana, gives her a unique perspective and deepened sense of compassion in her approach to her cases.
An Indianapolis native and lifelong Hoosier, Libby enjoys cheering on local teams—the Indianapolis Colts, Indiana Pacers, and Indianapolis Indians. Outside of work, she spends her free time reading, sewing, and exploring her creativity through watercolor painting.
