John is an Associate in Lewis Wagner & Trimble’s litigation group, focusing on civil defense litigation. In his practice, he represents both individuals and businesses in lawsuits involving premises liability, transportation accidents, construction accident and defect cases, and various insurance defense matters throughout Indiana.

John received he B.S. from Indiana University and continued his education at the University of Dayton School of law where he earned his J.D. While in law school, he served as an executive board member and Chief Justice of the law school Honor Council. He began his career as a major felony and SVU prosecutor in Marion County, Indiana where he gained valuable jury trial experience. In his free time, John serves as secretary and executive board member for the Brady Foundation, and enjoys playing softball, going to sporting events with his wife Meredith, and getting outdoors as much as possible.
