With more than two decades of experience representing clients in complex litigation and appeals at both the state and federal level, Chuck expertly handles all phases of a case, from intake through trial, and appeal, if necessary. He focuses his practice in the areas of corporate and business law, civil litigation, construction law, bankruptcy, creditors’ rights, and product liability.

In his spare time, Chuck enjoys spending time with his wife, son, and two dogs, going camping and hiking. He has also been an award-winning home brewer for 12+ years. He is actively involved in numerous not-for-profit entities, including Starting Over Airedale Rescue, an all-volunteer organization that rescues Airedale Terriers in Indiana, Michigan, and Ohio.
