Lewis Wagner is pleased to announce the appointment of A. Richard M. Blaiklock as managing partner. In this role, Blaiklock will lead the firm’s Executive Committee, which is responsible for leading the firm’s strategic initiatives while maintaining an empowering workplace environment that fosters integrity, inclusiveness, innovation, accountability, and service.
Having recently concluded his three-year term as managing partner, Jason Lee endorsed Blaiklock for this new role within the firm. “Rich has long been a key contributor to the firm’s success, including creation of the firm’s Business Services Practice Group many years ago which allowed Lewis Wagner to further diversify. He understands that building a team requires strategic planning. I have no doubt that Rich will lead the firm in the same manner he built the Business Services Group – with a focus.”
Blaiklock’s practice includes representing businesses, government entities, and individuals in a variety of commercial and constitutional disputes. He has argued multiple times to the Indiana Court of Appeals, Indiana Supreme Court, and Seventh Circuit Court of Appeals, and has tried and arbitrated multiple disputes.
Blaiklock is consistently listed as one of the top 50 Indiana Super Lawyers and from 2018 through 2020, he was listed as a Top 25 Super Lawyer. He has been recognized by the Best Lawyers in America® since 2012 and is Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Rated AV® Preeminent.
