Darron joined Lewis Wagner in 2010 and is a senior paralegal. He facilitates the management of business and corporate litigation, discovery, document production databases, and assists with case investigation, depositions, and trial preparation.

Prior to joining the firm, Darron spent 22 years working in various positions within the insurance industry, including personal injury, complex claims litigation, supervision, risk management, training, coverage analysis, and litigation management.

Throughout his insurance claims career, he participated in more than 600 mediations and observed and assisted in more than 50 personal injury trials. He also handled personal injury claims for specialty insurance lines such as, church, senior living centers, and sexual misconduct.

While his three boys were growing up, Darron coached basketball and baseball for nearly 20 years. His sons have followed in his footsteps, playing college sports while preparing for a career in coaching and sports administration.
