Austin is an associate in Lewis Wagner & Trimble’s estate planning and wealth transfer group, where he focuses on creating comprehensive estate plans for families and assisting with estate administration. He also works in business transactions, helping clients navigate operational compliance with attention to detail, responsiveness, and efficient problem-solving.
Prior to joining the firm in 2026, Austin practiced at DeFur Voran, advising clients on trusts and estates, business transactions, real estate, and tax matters. Austin earned his B.S. in Accounting, cum laude, from Ball State University, an MBA from Indiana University’s Kelley School of Business, and his J.D. from Indiana University Robert H. McKinney School of Law. He is admitted to practice before the Supreme Court of Indiana.
Austin lives in Yorktown with his wife and their two dogs, Winston and Willow. In his free time, he enjoys working out, playing basketball, and landscaping.
